I don't know but I would recommed picking the place you normaly get your hair done or test the place you plan to go to first. you know have them style your hair like they would for the prom. If you like it, come back at the right time and ask for the same person.





For makeup on a low budget: Go to a Nordstroms or something and have them do it. But then buy something too.Where should i get my hair and makeup done at for prom?.... I live in Lake Elsinore CA and I have know idea wh

go to nordstrom and they will do your makeup

find a local salon that will do makeup =)
set up an appointment @ the temecula mall at MAC inside of Macy's..they don't charge and you don't have to buy anything..
