So, I'm starting high school in September, and even though it's not for a few months, I'm nervous/exited /anxious.... I don't really care about clothes, because I know I have a good sense of style and money isn't really a problem, but what about makeup?? How much should I wear, How should I wear it, do you know of any good brands?? Any thing helps :)High School Hair %26amp; Makeup?

The 3 pack is not on the website, but I know for a fact it is sold at Target. It's probably sold at Walmart, and wherever they carry physician's formula products. The colors I saw that it came in were fair, light, and medium. They probably have Tan; I just didn鈥檛 see it at Target.


I have oily skin, so here鈥檚 a tip if you do, too. Just carry around the Talc-Free Matte Finishing Veil in a purse or backpack (for school or work or shopping or whatever) and apply it when you feel oily. It's 100% translucent, so it just eats the oil without looking chalky or heavy.


To me, the mineral powder and blush looked hard, like I'd have to scrape it with my powder brush, but really it comes of quite easily. Take the brush it comes with and just dab it on, it'll come off without any rubbing at all.High School Hair %26amp; Makeup?
Don't wear too much makeup...especially if you already have nice skin. I translucent powder would be nice,concealer for blemishes, and a little blush to make your skin glow is perfect(go for either pinkish or peachy colors, they fit most peoples complexion) Eyes I've always thought are the most important. I wear the whole package(mascara,eyeliner,eyeshadow), and I'm not lie-ing...i get compliments every other day at school, even by strangers. I curl my top lashes with an eyelash curler, Use black WATERPROOF mascara on the top(otherwise the will fall back down to their normal length) and then put two coats of mascara on the bottom. I use brown eyeshadow, and black waterproof eyeliner on the bottom, that way it won't run.


Use a chap stick, that way you will be casual, comfortable, and not worried about your lips being sticky or grouse. Your hair should be done however you do your hair best. for example...my hair sometimes curls grouse so i wouldn't curl mine on the first day of school just in case i messed up. and sometimes my bangs are in my face so i pin them up on top of my head in a poof. Have fun at high school!

You don't want to wear a lot of make up because people can seriously notice it and sometimes it looks slutty...


Only put on a little. If you need foundation then use a light one but if you don't need to wear any then don't!


A tiny bit of blusher or Bronzer is nice and if you don't like wearing any eyeliner then i would suggest eyelash curlers and a little masscara so your eyes don't look to heavy. x
I'm gonna answer this from a guys perspective (cause I'm a guy duh.:P )


I'm a freshman and if you're trying to impress guys or just want to look nice, be your self, but also look nice. Don't be a slob but don't overdo it.


As for the makeup lol I couldn't tell you that. If you're athletic you could wear jeans (if its cold in the winter where u live) and a tee with the sport ur in or even just a tee. My high school is almost 100% athletes so... theres probably not even 10 people who arent in sports. If your not an athlete, just wear a nice shirt and shorts or pants. But again you really dont have to fret about it too much, just be yourself, dont overdo it and be bice ^^. Hope I helped.

okay you should wear makeup if u are ready for it u dont have to wear makeup just cause u r going into h.s


but i understand to look pretty fort he guys but just wear eyeliner and like eyeshadow that will look nice! And of the clothes u said u were fine right?, and anyways u dont have to do something if u dont wnat to just to let u know again.

first off, dont wear to much make up. i cant begin to explain how much it pisses me off when young girls wear lots of make up.


just wear a bit of eyeliner on the top (not the bottem, or youll look back in a few years and realize how horrible you looked) and a bit of mascara. as for hair, wear it straight or curly, and down.
Don't wear too much make-up because that will make you look like a hooker. Wear your make-up confidently or you will look totally stupid. Some good brands are Mary Kay, BareMinerals, and SheerCover, but some store brands are nice too. Mary-Kate and Ashley is a nice brand also. I hope my advice helps! Good Luck!!!!!!!!
since this is H.S go with a nice wrap and as far as make-up goes bare-minerals is good but mascara and lip-gloss is all you need. oh yeah don't let no one ask you to do what you don't want to. be yourself and watch how they wanna be your friends. you might have more fun by being by yourself, because friends come and go.....

for make-up i don't think you need alot maybe just blush, or mascara, even though im in the 7th grade i just wear lip gloss and sparkles above my eyes or sometimes eye shadow above my eyes.
You don't have to wear a lot at all, you might look silly if you wear too much.
I like bare minerals.
