Are you supposed to put on your makeup, or do your hair first???

ok, so my friends and i have a school dance comming up, and do you know what order you are supposed to get ready? are you supposed to get dressed first, or do your makeup?? when should you do your hair?

Then do your hair.


Then put on your dress.

I would do one of the below:





Put your hair in a tight bun and do your makeup, then do your hair.





OR





Do your hair (as longs as the hairstyle doesnt involve bangs) then apply makeup.





If you like a lot of makeup do the first way (like a LOT means foundation, blush, eyeshadow, mascara, eyeliner, lip stick, lip gloss, etc. etc. that could get in your hair and make it gross). If you like a little makeup (lip gloss and a bit of eye makeup) do the second way.

it might seem a bit stupid because you dont want to ruin your hair when you put your dress or whatever on but you shouldnt start doing you hair once you've put you clothes on.


than do your make-up last.
I usually dress, [and make sure i dont sit down], do my hair and then do my makeup. When you know what style you have your hair then you know what way you want your makeup.
Depends on how you're going to do your hair and if your dress would mess it up, but I would go hair, dress, touch up hair, and makeup. ;]

Makeup always last. I find myself putting make up on in the car on the way, while my hubby drives.
