it looks like u need 2 put on the mascara and then use a eyebrow brush 2 ur eyelashes (dont ask it works)and then no eyeliner maybe a really teensy bit on the top and a tiny brush of shadowHow to.. hair, makeup, skin?
Why would you want to look like her? Just be yourself! If you need some makeup advice just ask a makeup artist. Go to Sephora or something and ask what foundation would look best on you and how you want it look. Same for mascara. And her hair look very plain. Just straighten and use a deep conditioning treatment to keep it healthy. Good luck and I'm sure you're much prettier than her!
