...i'm a natural brunette but my hair is bleached, almost white. how do i get it to be a natural blonde color, multi-toned? its been dyed 15-20 times in the past 2 years so most of the time my hair either doesnt come out the right color or doesnt change at all
...my sister's wedding is coming up in about a month so i dont want to wear heavy eye liner but i look really plain with little/none. bride's maids' dresses are yellow so what color eye liner/shadow would look best and how should i apply it?
...is there a kind of foundation for oily AND red skin? ive found some for both but not one that works together. normally if i get makeup for oily skin, my face still looks red or if i get something for rosacea my skin gets really oily because of the mosurizers in it
...will they have trouble fixing my hair for the wedding? its pretty long but has tons of layers
If you can help with any of these that would be great =)

- Have low-lights put in. Ask for a professional's opinion on how they should be done %26amp; what color should be used. They tend to know their sh*t.
- Try using a different color of eye liner. I usually lightly apply black on the bottom and darkish green or purple on the top. Which, believe it or not, doesn't look weird or unnatural, in fact you can barely tell what color it is unless you get right in my face and look for it. You could try something like a medium brown or dark gold or something, and use brown or gold eye shadows. I'm sure you don't look plain with little or none, we're all our own worst critics :)
- Use the following as a makeup base, I think you can get it from Target or if not you can just buy it right there online. It'll take care of the redness in your skin tone, and then use a foundation for oily skin so that you don't get oily. Also, if possible, it's a good idea to keep those blotting sheets on you at all times. You can get them pretty much anywhere, and they work pretty good.

- They might have some difficulty, but it really depends what you're getting done. I personally don't think it'll be a big hassle. Even if it is, you're paying them, so don't worry too much.
1. Quite dying your hair. Use low lights to add to the color.
2.Liquid plum liner by Almay. Plum makes nearly any eyecolor ';pop!'; %26amp; it'll look great with the yellow dress.
3. Foundation...it seems like the one you're using doesn't have enough coverage. If it makes your skin less oily, keep using it. (It takes a long time to actually find one that helps with the oil issue...trust me I know) Use a green color corrector concealor where your face is red, the green will cancel out the red.
Physicians Formula has great foundations/concealors.
Your hair sounds really pretty. I suggest using some LIGHT gel in it %26amp; curling it a bit.
i have some of your anwsers but not all of them first of all use a blue- green eye liner with a sparkly pink shawdow it looks great stop BLEACHING your hair first of all if you have done it too many times it will never turn out right and never do it twice in a month it damages your hair and you will have other problems i say you find a way light brown that will not go totally brown but just barelly brown so that's what i say to help tell me if you use any of my advice
Q!...i'm a natural brunette but my hair is bleached, almost white. how do i get it to be a natural blonde color, multi-toned? its been dyed 15-20 times in the past 2 years so most of the time my hair either doesnt come out the right color or doesnt change at all
When you dye bleached hair, it doesnt llast as long because your hair is so porous. I have found that I often get better results with semi permanent dyes over bleach. They tend to stay longer. If it were me, i would put in some semi permanent streaks once I have a little root to work with. I dont know if you have a friend that could help you to do that. You could also speak to a hairdresser about semi permanent colour, or even a good toner. This is a fairly complicated answer, if you want more info, messege me.
Q2.my sister's wedding is coming up in about a month so i dont want to wear heavy eye liner but i look really plain with little/none. bride's maids' dresses are yellow so what color eye liner/shadow would look best and how should i apply it?
Hard to say what will suit you without knowing your colouring, but I think a green tone could look really good. Th green would depend on your colouring.
.Q3..is there a kind of foundation for oily AND red skin? ive found some for both but not one that works together. normally if i get makeup for oily skin, my face still looks red or if i get something for rosacea my skin gets really oily because of the mosurizers in it
Definately go for a mineral makeup. You could try going for one with a yellow base, but I dont find that works as well as using a corrective powder/cream underneath. You need to get a green based powder/cream to counteract the redness. i have rosacea, and this worked well for me. Having said that, after using MMU for a while, i dont really have the problem anymore. If you cant find a green colour correcter, you can make an ok version, by using a pale green eyeshadow. Try not to go for blue-green it should be fairly true green. Crumble some of it up, make sure no lumps, and mix with a little moisturiser. Apply this on the red patches BEFORE your foundation. You may need to practise.
...will they have trouble fixing my hair for the wedding? its pretty long but has tons of layers
No, they will have no trouble. If they do, they arent very good hairdressers! You will look lovely.
I really don't want to read all of this but ... yes is probably all of the answers.

for the first one:
you need to go to a good stylsist. (professional) dye the roots and then dye the rest of the hair. choose a darker blonde or maybe a light brown
for the second one:
i would sugest that since the dresses are yellowyou might try wearing yellow eyeshadow and then wear maybe a metalic gold eyeliner. apply the eyeshadow from the lash line to the crease of your eyes and apply the eyeliner on the bottom and the top.
for the third one:
you can look it up on google or any makeup sites. there are also face washes or cleansers that can make you less oily. that could help so you can just by foundation to keep the red look covered.
for the fourth one:
it depends what the style is. they probobly wont have trouble with it.
hope i helped :]]
for your hair color just get a picture of a famous person or something with the kind of color you like. take it to a hair stylist and tell them thats how you want it. i have naturally dirty blonde hair but i have highlights and then the lady uses a glaze that colors the rest of my hair. i love it so much.
i highly recommend MAC cover up. preferrably studio fix. it goes on so smooth and covers EVERYTHING i have kinda oily skin with pink undertones but this make up makes me look tan and flawless. i highly recommend it
For the foundation, try sSila, a brand at Mac, or Bobbie Brown. I like to keep a classic preppy style, and not wear eyeliner. Either try brown, liquid eyeliner, or don't use eyeliner. Instead, you could use black mascara (looks classier), or a light blue shadow to compliment your blonde hair. The hair...sorry, but it sounds like by dying it, you may have dammaged your hair. I have never dyed mine. Especially bleaching it can be harmful. Look for herbal essances in a color quite different from your shade if you must dye it, or better yet, try to get it healthy! To do this,
cut your hair shorter (about shoulder length or chin length), but it is not neccessery you cut it very short. This will get rid of the damaged hair to some degree. Then, even if your roots show fr a while, don't dye it. Condition daily with a good conditioner, like dove. When it gets long enough, cut the dyed damaged hair, and you will probably be left with shoulder length, natural brown hair. If you really want to dye again, use a good conditioner. Good luck!
I agree with the first answer
