I'm a freshman too!
Anyway, if it's just a casual dance don't go too crazy with the hair. Do the poof on top of your head kind of like this:

Just section off the front section and tease the hair to the root. Smooth the top, and pull it all back, clip it back with bobby pins. Add hairspray if you want.
Makeup...Use a tinted lipgloss with eyeliner and mascara. I really like the cat-eye look, but it's a bit dramatic.Accessories, makeup and hair for this dress? please help?
Wow, that dress is very cute. Okay, a nice hair style would be down, or half up half down and straight. Maybe waves if its down. For makeup, a nice natural look would look good. Maybe some foundation, a nice brown or neutral pink shadow (maybe one similar to the shade of the dress), and a nice pink lip gloss. Oh and a bit of mascara and eyeliner, brown or black depending on whatever you usually wear. A cute accessory would be a nice chunky necklace or a couple bangles, or maybe some silver or crystal stud earrings.
okay you have brown hair, curl it with small curls and it will look cut with the peach of the dress.

i would do a long necklace with a cute pendant at the end... Perhaps gold. With matching earings.
Makeup should be natural... Natural colors
A good hair style would be wavy curl out with maybe the top part pinned up kind of loosly.

well i found SOME stuff... you never want to wear too much so just pick out some stuffs and black eyeliner with some coral shadow...... if you're really pale use a paler color so you dont look weird
and umm.... light lipgloss..... not so light so that its scary... reddish pinkish... but light....
hairstyle... depends on your hair
if its long, straight with the middle clipped back
or you could curl it and put it half up and half down (this would work well if you have bangs of some sort)
if your hair is short then you can clip it up in some places... tahts pretty much all i can think of. hope i helped!!!!!!!!
