What kind of makeup goes good with auburn hair?

i ALWAYS get confused when i look in magazines and they show hair color and makeup to match.. like red, blonde, brown, but my hairs a bit in between of them all..like its neither of those colors... its auburn with a few blonde foils and brown undertones :s ..and i'm not sure what kind of makeup to wear to compliment my hair color.. what do you think? ...also what category do you think my hair fits in more.. red brown or blonde?

I think your hair is more red brown..are you a model..youre beautfiul! I dont really think you need make up but you could try a greenish bluish color or maybe like a tan...you can put bronzer on your cheeksWhat kind of makeup goes good with auburn hair?

Well I have auburn hair, and blue eyes too. And it doesn't always depend on your hair color but your eye color too





What I usually do is put a little black or silver eye liner on the bottom only. and not all the way across. like half way. And gold or bronze eye shadow. Also, although I don't personally use mascara, I don't need to, so if you feel you want some go for it. (and if it gets clumpy try combing it out with an eyebrow comb.) And then for the lips i would put a light pink on. but not too heavy, just a trace of it. And if you want gloss put a clear gloss over it.
use brown eyeliner and softer pink shades. check on yotube there are a lot of videos on makeup looks.
