PLz help!>! hair & makeup on cold days?

TOday at my school it was completely wet every where and there was deep puddles.my shoes were soaked all the way through. I live in so cal so it seemed freezing. the high was 57 or 58. I flat ironed my hair this morning and did my makeup normal im home now %26amp; my hair is completely curly(which is not its natural texture).its normally a tiny bit of ugly waves) ANYWAY! yeah so my hair is super curly and my makeup is bad. my face wasnt even in the rain too much.what im asking is wut do i do for hair%26lt; makeup%26lt; and clothes to stay cute%26lt; dry and warm?

just put your hair up in a pony and/or wear a hat, and get some waterproof makeup. and make sure you have a nice warm jacket. i just made that mistake today, im in a tshirt and its been like 56 and puring rain all day. Get some rain boots and put your hair up in a cute ponytail or bun when its a rainy day. Keep your makeup minimal, waterproof mascara, tinted lip gloss and blush. The less you have on, the less you'll find dripping down your face or smudged on your sweater. Keep warm, for the most part looking super cute has to be put on the back-burner when its raining and cold. Practicality becomes priority, so throw on a comfy coat, not wool or anything that ABSORBS water, some uggs or cute rain boots, jeans and a cute scarf and umbrella and viola you're just as cute and SMART! I hear so many jokes made about those girls who wear FLIP FLOPS when it rains. HELLO?! Can't you see its cold, grey, and wet outside before you slip on those sandals? I live in SoCal too, and I'm wearing uggs, and a hoody with jeans and a scarf. And I'm letting my hair remain curly. No point in fighting the curl when its raining outside. Just be sure to drive safe!
Bring a hair tie to school with you next time. I do it all the time, just in case, because it seems like it's always raining here in PA...wow, lucky weather, lately it's been in the 30's around here. Not sure what to do about the make up other than take it with you to school and do touch-ups in the bathroom between classes.

But if it is then usually what I do is put on a hat or wear a hood


whenever I go outside.





usually it's too cold here for the weather to do anything to my hair.
