You have a really pretty face so for make-up I'd just do some eyeliner and some fun sparkly eye shadows. Like everyone else has said, choppy layers would look really cool. They'd add some pizazz and give you a pretty significant change without being too drastic.
you should get some eyeshadow lip gloss and eye liner with be really pretty especially a green, red, or bluish color and a you should get shorty bangs and get the rest a little shorter with layers
dont wear make up your pretty!!! =] maybe eyeliner if you really want to.. you should get it chopy layers all over the place!

you should get choppy side bangs and layer your hair! dont wear too much makeup... some liquid eyeliner and peach blush would be nice!
