Grade 9 Grad and Hair/makeup?

Ok so i am wondering if anyone has ideas for me!


i am 15


i am like 5'7 and like 130 pounds, i think i am medium but everyone says i am thin. I am bootlisous if you know what i mean ( i do not have a flat bumeoly...far from it.)


i have shoulder length brown blonde hair that is recently permed. naturally it is dumb and wavy but it is really really really thin so it's hard.





i know i what an up do hair wise but i have no idea what kind of dress to look for or how to do my makeup ( i am not very experienced and i wouldn't trust my mom)





i want to look flirty but not trashy. i want to stand out in the crowd with or without a date and i don't want to be over looked for the sluts that are in my school.





please give ideas from anything!
