How should I do my hair/makeup?

I'm going out tonight, and want to know what to do with my hair especially, but makeup suggestions are cool too. This is what my hair looks like now, I just took the pics, I know the quality is crappy, but deal with it I guess. lol, thanks ya'll!

do a kind of ';poof'; with out your bangs leave a half of an in of your bangs. the the up top part for the ';poof'; with curly hair like spiral curls. that would be cute.!! very nice hair
