You are pretty and you have nice eyes. I would suggest a thin line of eyeliner on the top eyelid and mascara.http://z.about.com/d/makeup/1/0/R/6/-/-/… If you want you can use a pencil eyeliner on the bottom for days that you feel like having a bit darker. Or you could just wear mascara on the top and or bottom whenever you feel like going simpler. Remember, eyeshadows like brown or peach tones can always make simple eye makeup really nice.


For the hair I think what you said you have sound really nice. Although, I think this haircut would fit your face perfectly :
