Winter formal hair/makeup help!!!?

i have blue eyes and blonde hair


and i need ideas on how to do my hair for winter formal. my hair is a little past my shoulders and i have bangs.. but they are kinda long because i haven't gotten them cut in awhile


also my dress is above my knees and a jade green color


how should i do my make up

Sweep your fringe to the side and curl the ends of your hair with tongs or straighteners. I'd wear bracelets in silver and droppy silver earrings. Then, go for a smokey eye or something in brown, as blue/green eyeshadow doesnt bring out the best in blue eyes. Add a pinky blush and lip and you should be all set.
