As far as the hair, it's fine ... I would say just keep it trimmed up nicely and that would be enough. No wispy ends; if you want it shorter, I wouldn't go too short, but try some nice layers. That way you have flexibility.





As far as the make up, you have very fair skin, so I would shy away from striking colors, like the black black eyeliner you're wearing. It's too harsh against your hair and skin tone. Don't line under the eyes with such a dark color. If you must, try to use a black/brown, a navy blue or even a violet for the liner. With your green eyes, purples, blues and light greens will look great for shadows. Even a mid- to deep rose color on the eyes would be pretty. Keep the look ';fresh'; and not too dramatic. Otherwise, you'll look like you're trying to look too old. For lip colors, I would choose sheer pinks or nudes to accentuate your other features.

Maybe a little concealer on any zits plus a matching foundation %26amp; powder set....and maybe some more mascara (Telescopic is a good one!). Or some gold eyeshadow (not too sparkly!).
personally i like the way you look now, wouldn't do much, maybe some brunette highlights and a gold eyeshadow.
