so for my firends sweet 16 we're havung a party but not an epicly huge one and im wearing a dress like this:

you could wear some magenta flats or flip flops and i would keep your hair down if wavy then u could straighten it and it would be amazingly cute and for makeup a very low blue eyeliner would be sooo cute!!!!
