Hair:


Wash blow dry, if your hair is naturally straight, curl the ends a bit, with a 1/4 hair curler, if its wavy keep it.


If you want to go all the way, go blonde, and if you don't have long hair get extensions. x]





I've never seen her with anything in her hair, but if you want to dress it up a headband.





Makeup:


From what I see she has a very neutral, yet sun kissed glow.


I'd go very neutral on the eyes, a light or dark brown (use more then one shade), obviously fix up your blemishes with foundation, use a bronzer, on your cheeks, not too much to make it orange, just to keep it that glow and a pink gloss, would be nice.





Remember keep your skin moist, by moisturizing it every night.
