Hello there Im 15 yrs old and im going to be in a pageant Called The all American girl and Boy pageant and im use to getting my hair and makeup done professionally by a H%26amp;m vender at the pageant. But at this pageant there is no listing of venders. It says under rhe attire on the paperwork.Children should look natural our pageant system alows makeup but discourages excess use of makeup on children. We prefer natural. What whould be considered natural on a 15 year old.Sorry about the spelling.Pageant hair and makeup for a 15 year old.?

Okay natural for a 15 year old is just some mascara, blush, lipgloss and stuff like that. Do not put coverup on unless it is not noticeable. Just look normal DONT GO OVERBOARD!!!
just mascara and some sheer lip gloss. maybe some foundation but very little. u can try bare minerals. works amazingly
Hm, that's kind of a toughie if it's for a pageant. But if it's an 'All-American Girl and Boy' one, it makes sense. Try curling your hair into soft waves by wrapping 1-inch sections of dry hair around a 1'; curling iron(it may take a while, but it looks great and 'natural') and when you're done rub a thin layer of pomade through your hair for a more piece-y, I-just-got-back-from-the-beach look. For your makeup:
Face: apply moisturizer. Then, use a foundation that closest matches your skin. I prefer Maybelline's 'Pure' Makeup or their new Mineral line(liquid). After blending it in, lightly dust powder and blend for a flawless but not too made up look. For cheeks, I suggest a peachy color for some color in your face.
Eyes: go easy on the liner. Try a liner from Prestige(found at drugstores) and use a lighter color like brown and line top as close to the lashline as possible. If you want to do the bottom, make the line light, you don't want it smudging when you win! For shadow, try a pearly/shimmery color close to your skintone. Mascara is a must, so curl your lashes then apply one or two coats of your favorite mascara.
Lips: it's all about the neutrals. Use lipbalm(my personal favorite is anything from Burt's Bees), then go for a nude and glossy lip. Use a tan/brown lipgloss to neutralize the pink of your lips and you should be good to go! Lipstick is too heavy, so gloss is your friend =] Make sure you don't apply ANY of the makeup too heavily or the natural look you're going for is out the window.
