Hair, Makeup, Outfit and Accessories?

I'm performing in my school's ';American Idol'; competiton, singing stupid cupid. How should I do my hear (its slightly past my shoulders, dark blonde/light brown, layered with annoying side bangs)I have fair skin and a roundish face, but a pointy chin. I would like to have fake pink streaks in them, also what outfit should I wear I shop at Annie Sez, Joyce Leslie, Wet Seal, Forever 21, Delias, etc. and how should i do my makeup!
