A hair and makeup question?

I am almost 23 and I came from a very conservative family where my mom did not allow me to do my hair or wear makeup. As a result, I have no clue how to do anything but put my hair in ponytails. I'd like to find some websites where I can learn to curl, color and really do up my hair so I can try some different looks.
