Hair & makeup for the cup......help??

i am going to a melbourne cup function and i have no idea how to wear my hair or what my makeup should look like. i am 15 and am tall, with hair just past my soulders (light brown) and i am not very tanned (but not really white). this is the dress i am wearing

with a silver clutch bag and silver strappy shoes. i need some ideas of how i can wear my hair (it's fairly wavy, but i can straighten it or curl it....not sure which though) and how i should do my makeup. i hope it's not too confusing and please help me....thanks in advance :)Hair %26amp; makeup for the cup......help??

To wear a dress like that you would have to make sure your hair is close to perfect as you will stand out in this dress I would go to a hairdresser and ask their opinion on your hair
