Party Hair and Makeup Ideas?

I'm going to a fancy party tomorrow where I need to dress up. Nice dress, heels, jewelry, the whole enchilada. Anyway, I don't know what to do with me hair/makeup. I have long, curly, dark hair and olive skin. My face is a little round and I want to soften it. Party Hair and Makeup Ideas?
Well for makeup, I would suggest a brown/gold color for the eyes, with a brown eyeliner UNDER the shadow. The shadow softens the liner. Lips should be a little bit of gloss. Cheeks, use a little bit of shimmer on your WHOLE face then a little more pink on the cheeks. And hair, i would say put it in a half pony. elegantly. lol. Like where the bottome hair hangs down and the top, you pull back into a small pony. Let some hair from the front hang down, making it a little bit less round-looking. lol. Hope i helped!
Eyemake up: light eyeliner, mascara, skin tone eyeshadow, or gold, bronze...





Hair:
