Hair, Makeup, Accessories For Cobalt Blue/Royal Blue Colored Dress?

I recently bought this dress from Le Chateau for my junior high grad, and I don't know what to do for my hair so that it goes with the dress. Does anyone have any ideas? And also makeup ideas too?





I am fair skinned, dark brown eyes, medium length dark brown hair with not many layers, and a fine texture.





Also, do you think a brown Gucci wristlet would go with it? And I don't know if I should wear red mini heels or flats that is a creamish color with gold shimmers.

OK, first,cute dress! As far as make up for you, I think a smoky grey/black eye would be cool. With a pinkish/red lip. For your hair I would try graceful waves that cascade down, and if you want, maybe an up-do. oh, and red mini heels. ok well make sure that if you wear red heels or red flats that you have red somewhere else on you so that it brings that color out..! wearing red earrings would go really cute along with the shoes and dress. For hair maybe finding a red ribbon(with the heels and earrings) which there are some really cute designs at walmart for like 2.99 and you can tie that around your head like a head band then curling your hair. :) for make up i would go with a cream colored eye shadow or gold shimmers to kind of not really just bring out your eyes but it also brings out the creamish color in the shoes...
