your hairs okay. makeup- black/brown mascara and eyeliner, and some eyeshadow if you want. and get some new facal expressions, lol.

How should i do my hair / makeup for school tomorow FIRST DAY BACK?
i need help deciding on how i should wear my hair and how i should do my makeup for school tomorow
i have dark brown hair
longer then shoulder length
and there is no strict rules at my school for makeup!

im the brunette haha and im with my sister shes 6'2 and im not actually that short

The first day back at school can be pretty 'defining' in the sense that everyone sees who has changed and who hasn't and how.
Your hair looks lovely the way it was in the photo, the half-up-half-down look with the fringe, but maybe a headband or head wrap could go with that hair style (so that it separates your fringe and the rest of your hair), and if you went with the head wrap, tie the know near the side so that you can see the edges of the wrap slightly stick out, and flow over your shoulder.
You look to be about 12-13, and I'd keep the make-up light and just accentuate your main features.A bit of blush/bronzer to highlight your cheek bones and youthfulness, and mascara to show off your eyes,with a little eye-liner- but not dark.
Whatever you do, don't pack it on, it looks way too artificial when girls do that! You look good the way you are!!
Have fun on the first day back hun!

do a kind of ';poof'; with out your bangs leave a half of an in of your bangs. the the up top part for the ';poof'; with curly hair like spiral curls. that would be cute.!! very nice hair

Aww those are cute styles that suite many people well,use a heat protector and put your flat iron on the lowest setting,put your hair into a bunch of braids everywhere and straighten over the braids,take them out and brush through,finish with a finishing spray or a volume spray.For the make-up put smokey blue on your eyelids and then go over with a white then put a nice bronzer all over your face. You can buy a seasalt spray and spray it in your hair to get beachy waves. You can also buy a curling iron. What I do to get beachy waves is when my hair is wet, I put it into pigtail braids and let it dry overnight. Then I take it out in the morning and have wavy hair.
Pix # 1, 2, and 4 just looks like its curled and the rest just looks like they scrunched it without any mousse or hairspray.
there are tons of videos on youtube doing hair tutorials

I really want to grow out my hair. Not only that, I want to learn to do finger waves and pin curls and regular curls. How should I get my hair cut for that? Should I get layers? What kind? Bangs?
(My hair is currently shoulder length with layers.)
Also, do you recommend any good red (blue-based) lip stains? I'm not a fan of lipstick.

Otherwise put the pony part in a loose bun style. I would also suggest bangles or a chunky (gold or silver) bracelet. If you wear makeup and want it to be slightly different, I would pull the green tone from the dress and use that for accents on your eyes. Otherwise, keep it more neutral toned, with a nice gloss! If yu have pierced ears, keep the earrings simple also.
